
Within just a few kilometres of each other are the towns of Slagelse, Skælskør and Korsør.

Skælskør is an idyllic town with half-timbered buildings and courtyards with bumpy cobblestones. In the summer, Algade and the harbour are the setting for numerous activities and café life.
Korsør is beautyful located by the fort with its impressive tower dating back to the 14th century, and the harbour, which is visited by many sailboats during the summer.
Further inland are the Viking Fortress Trelleborg, Gerlev Legepark (playscape), Arena Cirkuland, veteran railway, woodland, golf course, a wealth og beautiful vilage churches, town museums and various museums og trade, handicrafts, industry and schools.
